Faire revenir les oignons. Quand ils sont dor\u00e9s, remettre la viande, ajouter les tomates et les carottes coup\u00e9es en morceaux, le bouquet garni, assaisonner, mouiller avec un verre de vin blanc&#8230; et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux 1h30 environ.
